41 Degrees South is a family-run, sustainable inland farm located in Tasmania’s north that grows Atlantic salmon and ginseng.
The salmon are grown in the fresh waters of the Western Creek rivulet in concrete tanks, where the water flows from gravity-fed pipes down the lower half of the Montana Falls.
Salmon is hot-smoked on-site and products are available for purchase in the gift shop.
The farm is open to the public seven days a week for self-guided farm tours and lunch at the café.
