At Dalrymple Vineyards, art and science, earth and elements come together seamlessly to create the incomparable. Vigneron Pete Caldwell explores and experiments, while charged with the task of taming the wild and woolly into the fine and finished.
Situated in the heart of the highly acclaimed Pipers River region of northeast Tasmania, Dalrymple’s vines are planted on the sloping hills that overlook Bass Strait – the wild sea separating Tasmania from the mainland. The maritime wind slows the ripening of the grapes, crafting some of Australia’s most distinctive cool climate wines.
