The Hellfire Bluff Distillery overlooks its namesake – a rocky outcrop above Marion Bay in Tasmania called Hellfire Bluff. Marion Bay alternates between glass-like stillness and angry white-caps depending on the moods of the fickle island weather. The distillery is one of the last in the world to be making vodka from fresh potatoes, grown on their own farm. With the fertile land and clean air Tasmania is known for, it’s easy to source quality ingredients locally where possible for the other spirits in their range which includes gins, coffee liqueur, potato vodka, and limoncello.
