The Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) is an art museum on the Berriedale Peninsula and is the largest privately funded museum in Australia. It houses an array of antiquities as well as modern and contemporary art from the David Walsh collection. This collection is frequently updated, meaning there is always something new and fresh for visitors to contemplate.

MONA also hosts the annual MONA FOMA (Festival of Music and Art) and Dark Mofo festivals, which showcase large-scale public art and live performances.
